One report. One ticket.
Up² or Down² on a single quarterly report. The ticket opens before the numbers land and settles the day after. A right call pays on the squared move; a wrong one costs the price.

Take a side on an earnings report, set one stock against another, or cover shares you hold. Every ticket has one price shown up front and a fixed end date. No daily cost, no margin, no liquidation.
Testnet uses free test tokens with no monetary value. Mainnet trading is not live. Availability: [JURISDICTIONS WHERE OFFERED / EXCLUDED].

Two stocks, one window. Only the gap between them counts, so a falling market does not decide the outcome. This is the core of Kvart, not an add-on.
A Down² ticket sized against shares you already hold. Choose the drop and the period, and see the cost before you commit. It can offset part of a loss, up to its cap. It does not insure your shares.
Nordic and European companies alongside the US names. Each market opens only once it has a price feed we can show and stand behind.
Pick a side, set the move over the ticket's window and try a price. See what a ticket on 1,000 test USDG of stock returns at settlement.
Amounts in test USDG. Up² pays the squared gain, Down² the squared fall, capped at 3× the ticket size in this example. The price here is a slider, not a quote; real prices are shown per ticket before you buy.
A duel pays on how far your stock ends ahead of the other one. Move both and watch: your pick can fall and the ticket can still pay.
Ticket on 1,000 test USDG. Pays the squared gap when your pick finishes ahead, capped at 3× the ticket size in this example. If it finishes behind, you lose the price.
Enter what you own, the drop you want covered and how much of the loss to cover. See the size of the Down² ticket and what it costs.
Worked out at exactly the drop you chose, at settlement. A smaller drop pays less, and the ticket ends on its date. If the stock does not fall, the cover costs you its price and nothing more.

The testnet runs on Robinhood Chain Testnet. Connect a wallet, get free test ETH for gas, claim test USDG and buy a ticket. Test tokens have no value, so use a fresh wallet and never your main one.
From how much the stock is expected to move over the ticket's window. Earnings windows cost more than quiet ones. The price is shown before you buy and does not change after. On testnet the team sets prices by hand. A published pricing model is a condition for mainnet.
No. You pay the price in full when you buy. Nothing is borrowed, so there is no margin and nothing to close against you.
The price you paid for the ticket. If the move goes against you, or is too small to cover the price, you can lose all of it.
After the settle time anyone can settle the event at the feed price, and you claim your payout to your wallet. Tickets cannot be sold before the end date. If an event cannot be settled within three days it is voided, and every buyer gets the full price back.
Every ticket has a cap. The vault is built to hold enough to pay every open ticket at its cap, and the contract refuses any new ticket it could not pay in full.
On testnet a keeper copies stock-token prices from GeckoTerminal into test price feeds. That is fine for test tokens and not good enough for real money: mainnet needs independent oracle feeds.
No, and none is planned. Kvart earns a fee on tickets. Any token using our name is not from us.
It is in development. Mainnet opens after the contracts are audited and the report is published, and only where [COMPANY NAME] is permitted to offer it.
Earnings tickets, duels and Shield run on real contracts on Robinhood Chain Testnet, using free test tokens with no monetary value.
[COMPANY NAME], [COMPANY REG. NO.], [ADDRESS]. Named people, a real contact.
Contracts: [REPOSITORY LINK]. Audit: [AUDITOR AND REPORT LINK], published before mainnet.
Kvart is not affiliated with Robinhood or with the companies whose stocks it tracks.
Tickets are high-risk and can lose their full price. Nothing here is a recommendation.
